Annullamenti gratuiti entro 48 ore dalla conferma | Annullamenti fino a 61 giorni prima dell’arrivo sono soggetti ad una fee di EUR 100,00 | Annullamenti da 60 a 31 giorni prima dell’arrivo sono soggetti ad una penale del 25% | Annullamenti entro 30 giorni dall’arrivo sono soggetti ad una penale del 100% .

Il check-in è dalle ore 16 alle ore 20; il late check-in (tra le ore 20 e le ore 23) ha un costo di € 50.

Il check-out è entro le ore 10.

Per le due suite, l’occupazione oltre le due persone ha un costo di € 20 p.p. (max 4 persone per camera).

Il cambio lenzuola e asciugamani è previsto ogni 3 giorni.

Reservations cancelled within 48hrs are free of charge | Reservations cancelled within 61 days prior to arrival are subject to a fixed charge of Euro 100,00 | Reservations cancelled between 60 to 31 days prior to arrival date are subject to a charge of 25% | Reservations cancelled within 30 days to arrival are subject to a charge of 100%.

Check-in from 4pm to 8pm; late check-in (between 8 pm and 11 pm) is subject to an additional cost of €50.

Check-out is by 10 am.

For the two suites, the occupation beyond the two people has a cost of € 20 p.p. (max 4 people per room).

Bed linen and towels are changed every 3 days.
